TravelCal.com was the brainchild of the California Hotel & Lodging Association. We wanted to give California residents, as well as our out-of-state visitors (Welcome to the sunshine state!) a resource to find the perfect place to stay and couple it with a great place to play. We also saw this opportunity as a way to add a little extra convenience to your travel by providing some necessary tools such as our weather bug-the perfect way to plan an outing that won’t get washed away in a sudden downpour. Driving directions get you where you're headed without getting lost and surf or snow report to check for perfect conditions wheather you are riding the mountain or a wave.
